Where can I go to get help?

If you think you have a problem with alcohol or quitting drinking while pregnant, please contact one of the resources listed below. If you choose not to take care of your responsibility now while you are pregnant, you will deal with the complications that you inflict on your child for the rest of your life - and theirs.
